Your travels begin with highlights and independent exploration of fascinating Lisbon. In Oporto, take a Douro River cruise and sample the region’s famed port wine. Discover beautiful Santiago de Compostela – last stop along the celebrated Way of St. James pilgrimage route – and then León’s impressive architectural heritage. Continuing to Bilbao, visit the acclaimed Guggenheim and Fine Arts museums. Embark on a day-long excursion along the rugged Basque coastline, with a poignant stop in Guernica.
