Lucas Love '04Accuity, one of Hawaii’s largest accounting and advisory firms, has hired Lucas Love ’04 as tax director, strengthening the firm’s tax advisory and compliance capabilities.

Love brings well over a decade of tax law experience, including Carlsmith Ball LLP (partner; later Of Counsel) and Baker & McKenzie advising Silicon Valley companies on international tax matters. He also interned with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel in the Large Business & International (LB&I) division in San Francisco, previously worked as a CPA/auditor with Ernst & Young in Honolulu, has taught taxation of business entities at the University of Hawaii at Manoa and has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a top Hawaii tax attorney.

Love earned his bachelor’s degree in history.
