Begin in Hanoi, Vietnam’s capital, where bustling markets blend with ancient temples. Cruise among the limestone peaks of UNESCO-listed Ha Long Bay, then continue south to Ninh Binh, capital of Vietnam’s Red River Delta and home to majestic landscapes. Enjoy a sampan ride through scenic Tam Cok and explore the ancient citadel of Hoa Lu. In Cambodia, explore and marvel at Angkor’s extraordinary temples: the grandeur of Angkor Wat, the banyan-shrouded ruins of Ta Prohm, and the enigmatic stone faces of Bayon. In Laos, embrace tradition at the dawn “tak-bat” alms giving ceremony, cruise the Mekong to the Pak Ou Buddha Caves which house hundreds of Buddhist icons , and learn traditional rice farming techniques alongside villagers. Your adventure concludes in Thailand. In Chiang Mai, visit the Doi Suthep Temple and prepare your Thai lunch at a cooking class. A special visit is included to an elephant sanctuary.
